SEMINARS / MEETINGS
Since 2012, Pandiman hosts a monthly Protection & Indemnity (P&I) Injury Seminar where invitations are extended to selected manning agents with an ever-changing guest list of delegates for whom Pandiman works in the handling of personal injury claims. This is to secure bridges of understanding, cooperation and communication between our company and the manning agents to share information as to the latest developments in the maritime industry. Our prime purpose is to improve the Pandiman service in the handling of P & I Personal Injury Claims. To date, Pandiman has completed six (15) In-House seminars and three (3) at the manning agents’ respective office premises.
Pandiman hosts regular fora with our retained legal counsels and medical clinics in order to maintain close dialogue and understanding in regard to our mandate from our principals, the P & I Clubs.

It is important and is of great interest to the Manning Industry to share information on decisions rendered by the Supreme Court’s Report Annotated (SCRAA) which becomes jurisprudence or the law of the land. A more effective medium containing the details of a case handled by our twelve (12) retained lawyers would be our website and through our ALON updates. We hope you find the following of interest.
